Safer Path and Noisy Trumpet Partner Up For Domestic Violence Awareness Month

“1 in 4 women and 1 in 10 men are victims of domestic violence. This impacts all of us,” says Rhonda Williamson, Executive Director of Safer Path Family Violence Shelter. The current pandemic has caused a surge in domestic violence cases across the country. With more incidents being brought to light daily, it is important now more than ever to provide resources and safer paths to those living in fear inside their own homes.

We believe that all men and women should be empowered to take control of their lives, which is why we’ve partnered up with Safer Path Family Violence Shelter —a nonprofit organization committed to supporting and providing shelter for individuals and families seeking refuge from abusive environments.

Our collective goal is to help raise awareness of their 24-hour services, as well as increase direct donations and ticket purchases for their ongoing raffle. All proceeds will directly benefit families and individuals in need.

To achieve this goal we’re incorporating public relations strategies and highly-targeted digital ads to boost community awareness. We at Noisy Trumpet are honored for yet another opportunity to help a nonprofit reach their goals and give back to our community.

A $50.00 donation can help save a life and provide overnight shelter and services for one victim. To learn more about the Safer Path Family Violence Shelter and contribute to their efforts, please visit saferpathfvs.org.

San Antonio Sports’ Team Tough Challenge Makes It To The Finish Line

Picture this: the year is 2019 and the Alpha Warrior Team Tough Challenge is going full throttle at the Alpha Warrior Proving Grounds. Everywhere you look, there are teams of teens off their phones and on the obstacle course, competing to prove they have what it takes to represent their high school. Every team gets cool swag, but only one gets bragging rights as champion of the Alpha Warrior Team Tough Challenge.

Fast forward to 2020, the Team Tough Challenge has gone virtual, but the heart of the event remains the same—get kids off their couches and motivated to unleash their inner athlete. After our support in 2019, we’ve jumped in to aid San Antonio Sports in 2020. The goal was to further their efforts in driving registrations and awareness to their annual event, despite the ongoing pandemic.

We rolled up our sleeves, put on our war paint, and got our game faces on to get teens across San Antonio up and running. Our highly targeted social media and digital advertising efforts resulted in a total of 115k impressions and 337 clicks. San Antonio Sports obtained and beat their goal of 25 teams of six. That means more kids getting up and moving!

San Antonio Sports is a nonprofit that has been working every day to transform our community through the power of sport since 1984. If you’d like to get involved or learn more about some of their free programs for children and families, you can head over to their events page to get the scoop on their latest community efforts.

SA YES’ Online Auction and Truck Raffle Exceeds Fundraising Goal!

Since 2017, we’ve supported SA YES as they continue to fulfill their mission to support Title 1 elementary schools. Every year, this nonprofit organization ensures that students are provided with essential school supplies needed to succeed. Although this year provided its own set of challenges amidst the current pandemic, we’re thrilled to say that the organization raised a record-breaking $317,000!

While SA YES could no longer host its largest in-person fundraising events, we worked alongside the nonprofit to launch an online auction and truck raffle to ensure that SA YES could continue to provide essential school supplies to their students. In partnership with Ancira Auto Group, the SA YES 2020 Drive Away for Education Truck Raffle helped increase their fundraising efforts and gained local media broadcast. Proceeds from the online auction and raffle directly benefited the Back to Basics Project, which will provide school supplies for the 2021-2022 school year.

“The tireless generosity and unwavering support from the community and local sponsors has helped our organization thrive even during these uncertain times,” said SA YES Executive Director, Danielle Gunter. “Each year, we are determined to serve Title 1 elementary schools, and with our tremendous group of supporters, we can fulfill that mission again this year.”

Noisy Trumpet provided social, web, and public relations support. Our combined digital marketing efforts resulted in 15.5K social media engagements and 1.77M impressions. We’re elated to say that we were able to help SA YES reach their goal during a time when providing children with the proper school supplies is more critical than ever before.

Noisy Trumpet Recognized in PR Daily’s Nonprofit Award Category

Since our inauguration in 2017, working alongside local nonprofits has been woven into the fabric of our culture. As we continue to grow, we take pride in continuously expanding our scope by helping local nonprofits reach their goals. For this reason, we’re excited to announce we’ve been nationally recognized with an honorable mention in PR Daily’s Community-Nonprofit Partnership Category for our 2018 campaign with San Antonio Sports.

In 2018, San Antonio Sports released groundbreaking research linking youth sports to future career success. The online survey found that among 325 businesses in San Antonio, most business owners played sports in their youth and agreed that sports can make the difference between success and failure. This research ignited a conversation about how youth sports participation can transform lives, impact health, academics, and a prosperous career. San Antonio Sports then approached Noisy Trumpet to support the launch of “Power of Sport,” a campaign aimed to illustrate the benefits of youth sports participation and raise support for the organization’s i play! afterschool program. San Antonio Sports’ innovative program fosters a love of sport in third through fifth graders while teaching them life lessons about active living, good nutrition, and building a strong personal character. Overall, the goal of the campaign was to promote San Antonio Sports, raise $800,000 to sustain and expand the i play! afterschool program, and transform the community through the power of sport.

Our campaign incorporated public relations, ongoing media outreach, as well as social media integration to promote “The Power of Sport.” Our combined efforts resulted in a total of 2.88 million impressions, 12 hits in popular outlets such as San Antonio Express-News, San Antonio Business Journal, and San Antonio Woman Magazine. San Antonio Sports was able to reach its fundraising goal of $800,000!

Noisy Trumpet Takes the Cake in PR and Digital Services As We Turn 3!

We’re firm believers that you can have your cake and eat it too. For the past three years, we’ve taken pride in helping businesses grow their customer base and expand their reach through our digital, web, and public relations services. As we celebrate our third year anniversary, we’re taking a look back at some of our biggest achievements and campaigns over the years that are cause for celebration, and dare we say, some major cake eating.

2017

2017 was our founding year. We launched our grand opening with a bang and secured our first clients such as the American Heart Association, SWBC, American Payroll Association, Brighton Center, Triumph Over Kid Cancer, San Antonio Book of Free, and Thomas J. Henry. Not a bad start if we do say so ourselves!

2018

Devil’s River Conservancy: “Don’t Blow It”

In April 2018, Noisy Trumpet took on the Devil’s River Conservancy as a client for the first time. We launched their “Don’t Blow It” campaign to raise awareness of the irreparable damages that wind farms have on the ecosystem. The rest is history. Our efforts resulted in 1.56B impressions, 400K engagements, and 93.5K clicks. After exceeding expectations, Noisy Trumpet and Devil’s River Conservancy went on to continue their partnership in 2019 to launch their next awareness campaign, “Water. The Consequences?”

San Antonio Sports

In 2018, we welcomed San Antonio Sports onto our client roster and launched their “Power of Sport” public relations and digital campaign, which aimed to educate the community about the positive impact sports can have on our youth as well as raise funds to grow the San Antonio Sports i play! afterschool program. Our efforts secured a total of 2.88M impressions, 12 hits, and raised $800,000 dollars for their cause. After a successful campaign, we are proud to say that San Antonio Sports is a continued client of Noisy Trumpet.

Celebrity Fan Fest

Since its inception in 2018, we’ve helped Celebrity Fan Fest unite comic con fans across the world with some of the biggest names in Hollywood. To date, our digital marketing and public relation campaigns have delivered over 1.5B impressions, 402.9K engagements, and 22K followers on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Stay tuned on our latest campaign efforts as we approach Celebrity Fan Fest 2021.

2019

Devil’s River Conservancy: “Water. The Consequences?”

Following the success of the Devils River Conservancy’s 2018 “Don’t Blow It” campaign, the organization decided to expand its conservation efforts and focus on the lack of groundwater management in Val Verde County. In 2019, the nonprofit organization enlisted the help of Noisy Trumpet to increase awareness of the international, economic, and ecological impacts that large scale groundwater pumping has on rivers, lakes, creeks, municipal water supply, and neighboring landowners. The “Water. The Consequences?” campaign delivered 2.4K clicks, 1.7K engagements, and 300K total engagements. As a result of our efforts, we were selected as a finalist for the 2019 PRNEWS’ Platinum PR Awards in the category of “Activism Campaign.”

2020

San Antonio Museum of Art

The San Antonio Museum of Art has been delivering arts and culture to the San Antonio community for almost  40 years. We couldn’t be prouder to say that we began working alongside this long-standing institution in 2020 to help raise traffic to their “Texas Women” exhibition as well as drive awareness to their membership program. Our scope of work includes providing creative assets, digital ad campaigns, community outreach, and public relations services.

San Antonio Botanical Garden

2020 might be a little bit of a whirlwind but we’re on the up and up! As the year continues, we’ve added the San Antonio Botanical Gardens to our growing client roster. We have been enlisted to raise awareness and drive ticket sales for their upcoming “Origami in the Garden” exhibition. Our scope of work includes influencer outreach as well as digital and print advertising. Be sure to stay tuned to your social feed or your weekly newspaper to find our latest campaign work for the Botanical Gardens.

Grunt Style

“Hooah!” Our growth continues as we take on the nationally-recognized, veteran-owned apparel company, Grunt Style, as a client. In April, the company launched Operation Hero, a multi-city campaign to benefit the men and women battling at the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic. Noisy Trumpet was enlisted to develop a public relations plan that included the development and distribution of media materials and media outreach to local, regional, and national trade publications, which resulted in over 580K total impressions. As the brand continues to expand, Noisy Trumpet has continued to collaborate with Grunt Style for various projects.

Alamo Fireworks

In 2020, we began work for one of our most “lit” clients — Alamo Fireworks. The popular firework company has partnered up with Noisy Trumpet in preparation for the busiest time of the year in their industry, New Year’s Day. Stay tuned as we light the fuse on digital ads, email campaigns, influencer marketing, and social media management that’s sure to blow up.

While we like to toot our own trumpet, sometimes it’s nice to let someone else play in the band. Since our inauguration in 2017, we’ve been:

  • Granted a PRSA Del Oro El Bronce Award of Excellence for Creative Tactics
  • Recognized as a top ten social media marketing firm in the San Antonio Business Journal
  • Selected for a 2019 Marketing Excellence Award from the American Marketing Association.
  • Selected as a finalist for the 2019 PRNEWS’ Platinum PR Awards in the category of “Activism Campaign” for our work with Devils River Conservancy.
  • Received an honorable mention for PR Daily’s Media Relations Awards in the category “Government/Public Affairs Media Relations.”
  • In 2020, Noisy Trumpet ranked as the second-largest PR firm in San Antonio by the San Antonio Business Journal.

We’ve achieved so much in just three years, and we’re excited to go even further during our next year in business.  Let us show you why Noisy Trumpet truly takes the cake in PR and digital marketing. Take a seat at our table to try a piece, we’re always just one call, like, follow, tweet, or DM away!

Noisy Trumpet Delivers Explosive Marketing Campaign for Alamo Fireworks

With over 175 locations and 28 mega stores in three states, Alamo Fireworks has everything you need to spark a good time. Our client is a family-owned retail and wholesale fireworks company who promises to deliver 100% happy memories guaranteed. Alamo Fireworks just wrapped up a booming Fourth of July season with record-breaking sales and we are thrilled to have been a part of the noise!

Noisy Trumpet supported their business through digital marketing services including social media management, SMS marketing, email marketing, web development and a digital advertising campaign that resulted in over 2.5 million total impressions. We also helped our client digitally promote their first-ever Alamo-To-Go Curbside Pickup with contactless service. This service allowed customers to order their fireworks ahead, skip the lines and protect themselves and employees during the pandemic by limiting the amount of person-to-person contact.

The overall goal of our campaign was to raise brand awareness in their key markets leading up to the Fourth of July, drive curbside orders and increase sales. In addition to the services we provided, our sister company, The PM Group provided traditional marketing support that included creative and print projects. Quarter Moon Productions also featured Alamo Fireworks on their lifestyle and travel show, YOLO TX, showing a firsthand look at their incredible assortment of fireworks.

We can’t wait to see what’s in store for Texas’ favorite fireworks company this December. Stay tuned for our next campaign during New Year’s season as we help Alamo Fireworks light up the sky for another night of happy memories!

Operation Hero: Noisy Trumpet Gears Up With Grunt Style

“You don’t have to be a veteran to wear Grunt Style, but you do have to love freedom, bacon and whiskey,” says our new client! Noisy Trumpet is honored to work with the nationally recognized, veteran-owned apparel company, Grunt Style. The company’s mission is to deliver high quality, patriotic apparel designed for first-responders, military veterans and their friends and family.

In April, the company launched Operation Hero, a multi-city campaign to benefit the heroic men and women battling the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic. As part of the campaign, Grunt Style funded several initiatives in its two home cities – San Antonio, Texas and Chicago, Illinois – to support these heroes with essentials such as food and other critical needs.

Grunt Style donated 20,000 masks to Operation Homefront and $25,000 to The Pillars Christian Learning Center in San Antonio to cover tuition costs for over 200 families, many of them essential workers, across its four centers. The company also partnered with local restaurant businesses in San Antonio and Chicago to donate over 10,000 free meals to healthcare workers across numerous hospitals by the end of May.

In partnership with Next Level Apparel, Grunt Style also pledged to donate a minimum of 20,000 of their “Hero-defined” t-shirts to our nation’s heroes at various healthcare facilities.

To help bring awareness to Grunt Style’s generous efforts, Noisy Trumpet developed a public relations plan that included the development and distribution of media materials and media outreach to local, regional, national and trade publications, which resulted in over 580,000 total impressions in coverage.

During the current pandemic, brands are increasing their online presence and leveraging digital content more than ever – particularly with podcasts. According to Medium, “Podcasts are an ongoing opportunity to connect with your audience, personalize your brand, and grow your business.” Most recently, our team facilitated and secured an interview for Grunt Style on Brian Basho’s “I Got Your 6” podcast. The interview which featured Grunt Style Chief Strategy Officer Tim Jensen, helped our client tap into a niche market to promote their community initiatives while building overall brand awareness.

Just like Noisy Trumpet, Grunt Style is a community-first organization. They strive to make a difference by supporting those who aim to create a better future for all.
